A systematic process of spacial experimentation using color, light + objects to create three spaces within a larger space. The project used patterns generated in the watercolor exercise above to make laser cut wall, canopy, and floor tile surfaces to delineate spaces. Words cut into the walls of the gallery enclosure describe color, light, and sensory perception. Light permeates the treated surfaces, making a thin screen of material glow, or highlighting the shapes of cut out letterforms.
